Answers to the questions I get most often.
Does the free version contact any external service?
No. Free is fully self-hosted — no API keys, no calls home. PRO talks to the OCW License Server (onlinecursuswebsites.nl) for license validation and updates.
Can I auto-approve reviews?
Yes. Turn on "auto-approve" in Settings → General and submissions appear directly on your site. Off by default — gives you a moderation step.
How does the WhatsApp invitation work?
It generates a wa.me URL with the configured message + the unique review link. Click it from the Invitations page and your WhatsApp Web / mobile app opens with the message pre-filled.
Can I import my Google Reviews?
Yes, with PRO. Enter your Google Places API key + Place ID under License & PRO → Google Reviews import and click Import. Returns the 5 most-relevant reviews per Google's API limit. Re-running is safe — duplicates are skipped.
Can I move a PRO license to another domain?
Yes. Clear the license key on the old site (this calls /deactivate on the license server) and enter it on the new site. Single Site = 1 active domain at a time.
How do PRO updates work?
Updates appear in your normal WordPress updates screen. The plugin checks the OCW License Server with your license key, and only an active license receives the new ZIP.
